potvrðeno samo nakon primitka " potvrde rezervacije ". Za period
kraæi od 4 dana cijena se poveæava za 40%.

Povrat
novca za prijevremeni odlazak se ne vrši ni u kojem sluèaju. Nije moguæa
promjena termina izvršene rezervacije, osim ako ta promjena ne remeti raspored
ostalih rezervacija. Zabranjen je boravak veæeg broja osoba od dozvoljenog
broja kreveta navedenih u ponudi. U tom sluèaju i djeca se smatraju odraslim
osobama. Svi se gosti moraju pridržavat kuænog reda a posebno poštivati mir u
noænim satima 22:00 – 08:00.
Apartmani
"Baksa" nalaze se na atraktivnom predjelu
grada Pule uz samo more, sa najatraktivnijim plažama koje su udaljene 100 m.
Objekt je od mora odijeljen borovom šumicom te se nalazi u mirnom i naseljenom
predjelu. Vlasnik je prisutan u objektu. Do samog centra grada treba od 25 do
30 minuta laganog hoda. Na udaljenosti 150 m od objekta nalazi se: market, picerija, restorani, caffe
barovi itd. Moguænost sporta i rekreacije: tenis,
stolni tenis, squash, mini golf, košarka, nogomet, teretana, ronjenje, trim staza, iznajmljivanje bicikla, šetalište itd.

even the children are considered like grown up person.
All customers have to obey and
respect house rules in accomodation,wich includes the
silence and peace in a night
hours: 22:00 - 08:00.
Apartments "Baksa"
are situated on attractive part of town Pula, near sea with
the most beautiful beaches only 100 m far from the sea.
The apartments are located between nice and healthy pinewood
and a sea and they are situated
in a quite part. The owner
is in family house (where are apartments). It takes just 25-30 minutes of slow walking
near the centar of town Pula. Apartments are also just 150 m from: grocery shops,
pizzeria place, caffe bars, restaurants etc. They offers
some possibilities you may need during
your vacation such: tennis courts,
table tennis, mini golf, basketball,
foothball, fitness, trim-courts, sailing,
diving, renting bikes, walking etc.

La tassa di soggiorno e la registrazione per persona e' inclusa sul listino prezzi. Per prenotare e' neccesario versare un acconto (caparra) del prezzo 40%. Il resto si paga all' arrivo con il ricevimento
dei chiavi dell' allogio.
La prenotazione e' completa solo con la conferma della prenotazione. Per un periodo meno di 4 giorni
il prezzo si aumenta del 40%.

Non e' possibile cambiare il termine della prenotazione
fatta ogni in caso se il qusto cambiamento non sblocca o daneggia
la modificazione e l'ordine secondo l'altre prenotazioni. Non puo' essere in alloggio
il numero piu' grande delle persone e del numero dei letti spiegati sul listino di prenotazione. Nell questo caso
anche i bambini si riferiscono come adulti. Tutti clienti
devono osservare il regolamento condominiale specialmente nell'ora: 22:00 - 08:00 in buona fede.

le piu' belle spiagge solo 100 m dal mare. Questo posto e' circondato con la bosca
(pineta) e si trova nell' silenzio posto. Il venditore e' presente nella casa familiare (dove si trovano appartamenti). La localita' e' molto vicino dell' centro di Pola circa 25-30 minuti. Nella relazione cca 150 m si trovano:negozi,pasticerie,pizzeria,bar ecc. C'e anche la possibilita'
come: campi di tennis, squos,
mini-golfo, pallavollo, calcio, fitness, noleggio di bicicletta,
sport aquatici, posti di passeggiate ecc.

der ''Reservationsbestätigung''. Für
die Periode kürzer als 4 Tage wird der Preis

Für vorzeitige Abreise wird keine
Rückzahlung gemacht. Eine Terminänderung nach der durchgeführten Reservation ist nicht möglich, ausser dass solche
Änderung die Anordnung anderer Reservationen nicht stört. Der Aufenthalt
mehr Personen als in der Reservation erwähnten erlaubten Nummer von Betten
ist verboten. Im solchen Fall werden
auch Kinder als Erwachsene betrachtet. Alle Gäste müssen
sich an die
Hausregel halten, und besonders die
Nachtruhe zwischen 22:00 -
08:00 respektieren.
'Baksa'' Appartements befinden sich in
einem attraktiven Teil Pulas, ganz
am Meer, mit verlockenden Stränden, die nur
100 m entfernt sind. Das Objekt ist vom Meer mit einem
kleinen Kieferwald geteilt, und befindet
sich in einer
ruhigen und bewohnten Gegend. Der Besitzer ist
im Objekt anwesend. Bis zum
Zentrum der Stadt braucht man etwa
25 bis 30 Minuten leichten
Gang. 150 m vom objekt entfernt
sind: Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Restaurants, Kaffeebars usw. Sport und Rekreationsmöglichkeiten: Tennis, Tischtennis, Squash, Minigolf, Basketball, Fussball, Fitness, Tauchen, Trimweg, Rent a bike, Promenade usw.
