Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final and effective once the payment has been made, except in the case of the incorrect pattern being sent. Charts are delivered directly on-line for your outprint as soon as payment has been received. No refunds will be offered once the patterns have been made available to you on your personal email account. However, I will offer unlimited e-mail assistance to resolve any problem you may have with the pattern.

If you receive corrupted or damaged file contact us immidiately and will email you again your order. If for some reason we cannot send you a replacement, a full refund will be issued to your credit card for the price you paid. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
